Dear Friends of the Arts:

WHAT?
The Annual Beaux Arts Celebration and Auction is the primary source of funding that makes possible outstanding performances and high quality artistic growth for aspiring dancers. Olympic Ballet Theatre has just opened its twenty eighth season and is planning the first event --- Beaux Arts!

WHO?
The OBT season begins with eleven exciting performances of The Nutcracker! We open in Arlington at the Byrnes Performing Arts Center, move dancers, sets, props and costumes to the Everett Civic Auditorium to perform with the Everett Symphony Orchestra. We close with five performances in our home at the Edmonds Center for the Arts. Our Children’s Production presents Madeline and the Bad Hat at the Circus with a Collection of Clown Ballets! The return by acclaim of the romantic ballet Giselle brings world-class guest artists to Edmonds and Everett with the story of the power of love, through innocence, deception and forgiveness. Many more exciting celebrations will be highlighted throughout the season.

WHERE & WHEN?
The Annual Beaux Arts Celebration and Auction, presented by the Olympic Ballet Theatre will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2008, at the Lynnwood Convention Center. We encourage all of you to support our productions and your community, by attending and/or donating an item for auction.

WHY?
All donations of items or services to the auction make this event successful. If you would like to make a donation please use the enclosed Procurement Form to confirm the article or service you would like to contribute to the Beaux Arts by September 1st, 2008. All donations are tax deductible. Please feel free to pass on this information to your friends of the arts. More forms are available at Olympic Ballet office.

WOW!
Give a Gift! Come join us! Enjoy the dinner with friends, and walk away with your favorite gift from the amazing array of silent and live auction items! Thank you for keeping us dancing!
